<p><strong>This week before Thanksgiving, we will learn about heredity in Chapter 8.  What a wonderful time for family together and observe common straits.  We will start with Mendelian genetics and move into applied genetics today.  It should be an interesting study.  Student will extract DNA from peas as a final activity.  How wonderful!<br />

<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">The CMS Bookfair at Barnes and Noble is Tuesday, November 10, 5-8 pm.  A percentage of all purchases will go towards our school.  You may still buy from Barnes and Noble through November 18th.  Use code #552968 so that CMS will get credit.<br />
